No Refund, No Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in our products/services. The products and services we offer are primarily for the benefit of other charitable organizations and the vast majority of revenue is not retained by Community Support Corporation. As a result, our return/refund policies are a follows:
No Refunds: Our products are made to order; therefore, we appreciate your understanding that all purchases and services rendered are final and non-refundable. With the exception of items received damaged or defective, once a purchase is made or a service is provided, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
No Returns: We do not accept returns of any products or services unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: All items are inspected prior to shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Proof of damage may be required.
